Rave review for support at go-live with Cin7 Omni

Here at Beyond Expectations, people keep saying lovely things about the work we do. It never stops being wonderful when we get a letter from a customer talking about how helpful they found our services, but the fact is it does happen quite often. That's a fact we're very proud of. 
 
We've just heard from a customer who we helped go live with Cin7 Omni. One of our Cin7 experts, Sharon, was onsite with the client to 'hold their hands' during the first few days of using their new system.
 
The feedback below mentions the challenges of getting EDI going. EDI, for those who aren't in the loop, stands for Electronic Document Interchange. It's a way of automating transactions between companies in a standardised way. Most large (i.e. big box) retailers will require their vendors to have EDI set up. Done correctly, it's a game-changer for product sellers. Set up incorrectly, it's a nightmare. Cin7 Omni can handle EDI to some organisations, but sometimes it requires additional help to get it working for non-supported connections.

We haven't had a chance to meet but I wanted to take a moment to share that it's been fantastic having Sharon here and throughout our migration.
 
We've been reviewing & trialing various software replacements for several years now. While we've had a few challenges on the EDI side of things with Omni, it really has been seamless change-over these last couple of days and an excellent outcome. The EDI now has a new strategy and I'm sure we will see benefits there once we migrate that piece of our business as well.
 
I know Sharon has done a lot for us but there's also the rest of your Team to thank, please pass on my appreciation.
