Peter formed Beyond Expectations in 1999 and is the CEO and Lead Consultant. He comes from a background of Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, and Systems.
Peter's 40 years of experience has created a wealth of knowledge around how business systems and related processes work. He bridges the gap between the technical and human side of business. He just knows stuff!
Peter likes to think of himself as a grower. This could relate to plants, people and businesses. He has a 'green thumb' as evidenced by being part of a commercial flower growing operation for 10 years. The plants are still alive and doing well. Similarly he likes to think he can help grow the skills of the people around him by giving them the direction needed to succeed and extend their talents.
Peter's interaction with hundreds of businesses over several decades usually results in an improvement in the way they do things. Business systems are his gig – with a focus on improving business productivity through better use of systems.
