We like Unleashed for it’s ability to get the fundamentals of Inventory Management into the hands of SME’s for a relatively low cost. It handles the day to day transactions well, plus has the complexity of product assembly and import landing costs sorted. TIME TO IMPLEMENT
We can implement Unleashed very quickly – within a day.
The big challenge is getting the client to move at the same pace. Implementation depends on getting the required information in a suitable form. Customer names and addresses, Product Supplier names and addresses, product names, codes and details are best provided in a spreadsheet form to allow for easy import into Unleashed.
A stock take is required to provide a list of what items are held at the cut over date and their value.
Integration to Xero is easy for us as is the customisation of forms.
We work with our clients on ‘go-live’ day to ensure they know how to keep trading. Training can occur in advance of go-live and then supported with additional training on day one.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Costs are dependent on a variety of factors. We work with you to ascertain the scope of work and provide you with a quote for you to accept.
The variation in cost comes about through additional time required to get data into shape or for additional training and forms design. The software subscription costs are outlined on the Unleashed website.
There is no up front purchase price for Unleashed. The only on going cost is the monthly subscription. There is an Unleashed subscription to suit all business types.
