We are huge advocates of using WorkflowMax by Bluerock to its full potential. We see many clients using the software in a partial manner and adopting workarounds to handling billing and reporting.. This usually comes about as a result of a perception that their business is different to everyone else's and so they must use unique business processes. 

However, if the business model revolves around recording hours against jobs for clients and billing the clients for services, then it fits into a very common form that is exactly what WorkflowMax by Bluerock does.

One of the tools we encourage all of our WorkflowMax by Bluerock clients to use is the Estimated Billing Report. When used in conjunction with the assignment of Job Managers, it provides a listing of all jobs where work has been done but not yet been billed for, by the Manager. It allows for the delegation of the billing management to each manager and an accountability to be put in place to ensure nothing is left 'on the table' at the end of a billing period. It can be used to confirm that everything that could be billed, has been billed.
