One of the tools we encourage all of our WorkflowMAX clients to use is the Estimated Billing Report. When used in conjuction with the assignment of Job Managers, it provides a listing of all jobs where work has been done but not yet been billed for, by the Manager. It allows for the delegation of the billing management to each manager and an accountability to be put in place to ensure nothing is left 'on the table' at the end of a billing period. It can be used to confirm that everything that could be billed, has been billed.
