WE ARE EXPERTS IN SOFTWARE, SYSTEM INTEGRATION & CUSTOM INTEGRATIONS

OVERVIEW

We noticed many years ago that there was often a gap between systems being used by organisations. The gap was the inability for the systems to talk to each other.

These gaps often resulted in poor utilisation of software and wasted efforts on re-keying data into various systems.

If only we could make these systems talk to each other. Five years ago, we started doing just that.

WHY ARE INTEGRATIONS IMPORTANT?

Getting one system to talk to another usually involves moving relevant data from one to another. This means:

•  Elimination of redundant data entry

•  Near instant transfer of data – reducing time spent on the process

•  Automation of routine work – it just happens 24/7

•  Automation of complex work – we save hours of number crunching

•  Improve accuracy of data transfer by eliminating data entry errors

•  Allow an organisation to increase the number of transactions processed without increasing labour costs

WHEN IS INTEGRATION RELEVANT?

Through staying connected with you as our client, we can see first-hand, looking into your business, where there may be a need for a custom workflow, that you will benefit from greatly.

We are very focused on how we can save you time and enable you to get more value out of the software solutions you are using.

For us to make this assessment, we work through the logical steps of your business and identify gaps in processes that could be improved and streamlined.

HOW WE APPLY OUR EXPERTISE IN INTEGRATIONS

The nature of technology is always evolving, so we take an active approach to help our clients on an ongoing basis to maximise the use of systems with injecting efficiencies where necessary, scoping out what the challenges are and then going back to our developers to brainstorm new and improved ways of doing things that our clients will benefit from. A problem generally has more than one solution.

WHAT INDUSTRIES
DO WE SUPPORT FOR INTEGRATIONS?

Once again, it really doesn’t matter what the industry is. If they need data to move from one system to another we can generally help.
