Through an initial discussion with our clients we gain an understanding of their business and processes. Their ‘pain points’ and ‘dream state’ are considered before coming up with a solution for their workflows and system requirements.

FINDING SOLUTIONS
We focus on being experts in a narrow range of software solutions. They don’t always fit the needs of every client and we don’t hesitate to say so when required. By being experts, we know what questions to ask to determine if the fit is right. We’re able to describe how a system will work for a customer in plain language, providing the assurance they are heading in the right direction.

ESTABLISH A PLAN
We work with our clients to identify the steps required to make the transition to their new system successful. An overview of the project plan and the key variable factors of a project are discussed. These are generally:

1. The quality of the data being brought into a new system
2. The amount of training required
3. The amount of support required
4. The availability of a key contact form the client’s business to become the project ‘Champion’
